Mental Health ≠ Weakness: Personal Stories & Real-Life Tools | Conversation of Inspiration

Mental Health ≠ Weakness: Personal Stories & Real-Life Tools
October 28th and 29th, 2025.

In this session, we’ll go beyond the surface to explore why silence often surrounds mental health challenges, and the real cost it has on careers, confidence, and workplace culture.

What to expect:

  • Personal stories from women in leadership who have faced mental health challenges firsthand, reminding us that asking for help is not weakness but courage.

  • Science & psychology on what actually happens in the mind under stress, and how self-responsibility and small actions can shift our neurochemistry.

  • Tools & solutions you can use right away: self-compassion, building self-worth, embracing vulnerability, and looking out for each other with simple but powerful questions like “Are you okay? Can I help you?”

  • A model of well-being rooted in purpose, designed to help us thrive — not just get by.

Meet the Panelists:

🔹 Amanda Et-Tibary – A veteran in the incentives industry with over 20 years of leadership experience, currently at Blackhawk Network. Amanda will share her personal journey with mental health at work and why open dialogue is essential.
