WiiN Ed: What industry achievement you were most proud of in 2022?

B.The Market: Delivering on our forecast for 2022. We worked hard, as hitting these numbers were not a certainty at all. Corona

really drove our numbers for the digital/corporate sales with a massive revenue in these areas. Our gift card

brands came back strong after the lock downs, without lowering the newly gained digital sales.

WiiN Ed: What personal achievement are you most proud of in 2022?

B.The Market: Being able to run a company, grow our company, work hard while keeping a good work/life balance! Ensuring

enough time for our own life, family and friends while keeping our work goals in line.

WiiN Ed: What has been your favourite WiiN moment of the past year?

B.The Market: Well, the Amsterdam breakfast of course! It was such a delight to welcome everyone in our hometown and

showing them our beautiful capital whilst enjoying interesting and pleasant conversations.

WiiN Ed: What inspires you?

B.The Market: We’ve set the goal to always enjoy what we do, to learn, to grow and build a successful company while keeping a

good work/life balance. We have an agreement between ourselves; If we don’t like a new business, project or

client or it simply doesn’t feel right- we don’t pursue it. Even if we miss out financially.

This goal inspires us on daily, keeps us focused, driven and enthusiastic in what we do.

WiiN Ed: What advice would you give ladies joining the industry now?

B.The Market: Trust your gut and listen to it. Working hard is fine but make sure it’s a good journey. Be yourself and believe in

your own strength and capabilities.

The industry has so much to offer and is growing and innovating constantly which makes it the perfect place for

new ventures. And we can sure use some more leading ladies to join and make a difference!

WiiN Ed: What are you looking forward to in 2023?

B.The Market: Launching new clients and opening new markets for our brands.
