TOBI BONIFANT

WiiN Ed: What industry achievement are you most proud of?
TB: My long and varied marketing career that has always centred around customer-centricity and passion to deliver rewarding outcomes.
Yet most recently, it would be developing a bespoke trade incentives program to engage cabinet makers, that included mobile-friendly personalised digital dashboards, without requiring logins & passwords.
WiiN Ed: What personal achievement are you most proud of?
TB: Other than surviving the juggle of Melbourne’s lockdown with primary aged children and a full-time job over the last 2 years?
Probably that I started playing basketball in my forties and the team winning the Grand Final in our first year.
WiiN Ed: What has been your favourite WiiN moment of the last year?
TB: Guest speaker, Paula Thomas of Let’s Talk Loyalty (Loyalty Royalty) including intimate Q&A session.
WiiN Ed: What inspires you?
TB: Authentic entrepreneurial success stories that often stem from sheer tenacity, passion and just giving something a go!
WiiN Ed: What advice would you give ladies joining the industry now?
TB: Be curious. Be the customers’ custodian. Be commercially-savvy.
It’s an awesome time to be involved in the loyalty and incentives industry, as there is new wave of interest across differing industries and constructs. Global digitalisation and eCommerce has increased competition and price sensitivity, driving organisations’ desire to deliver added value, differentiate and connect with customers. Come surf the wave, I highly recommend it.
WiiN Ed: What are you looking forward to in the next 12 months?
TB: Collaborating with this amazing group of global WiiNers to discover ways to change and shape the industry. Plus actually getting to meet some members in person!
