WiiN wins IMA Europe President’s Award 2025

We’re honoured to share that WiiN has received the 2025 IMA Europe President’s Award, recognizing the incredible contribution of our founders and members to the incentives and rewards industry.

This award feels especially meaningful as we also celebrate our 5-year anniversary this month — marking half a decade of connection, collaboration, and collective progress.

A Message from the IMA Europe President:

“Whilst the industry, particularly at a senior level, was slightly male biased, our industry has changed and so has the IMA. Inclusivity across age, sex, religion and race are incredibly important both today and to secure the future of our association and our industry.

In order to recognise the role of women in our industry, a group of senior female leaders got together to create a group specifically focused on bringing together and working to develop female leaders in our industry. This year, the group celebrates their fifth anniversary.

In recognition of their contribution to our industry, the 2025 IMA Europe President's Award is awarded to the founders and members of WiiN, Women in Incentives.”

A Milestone Moment

Five years ago, WiiN started with a simple idea: to create a space where women in the incentives, rewards, and gift card industry could connect, share experiences, and lift each other up in a sector that often lacked female representation at the top.

Today, that idea has grown into a global community of 150+ members across 19 countries.

Together, we’ve built:

  • 5 mentorship cohorts supporting emerging leaders

  • 20+ in-person events across the world — from Amsterdam to Sydney, Austin to London

  • Countless online sessions connecting women across time zones

  • Real business opportunities and collaborations through genuine relationships

This award celebrates not only what WiiN has achieved, but what we represent: a movement toward inclusivity, visibility, and leadership for women in our industry.

What’s Next

As we celebrate our fifth year, we’re setting our sights on the future — scaling our impact with:

  • Male Allies partnerships, engaging industry leaders to support gender equity

  • Expansion into Africa & Asia

  • A Speakers Directory, amplifying women’s voices on global stages

To every member, founder, ambassador, and supporter — thank you.

This award belongs to all of you!

Here’s to the next five years of change, collaboration, and collective success.
