Women In Incentives Network - WiiN and WEConnect International have announced their partnership. WiiN is a global community for leading women in incentives and loyalty to connect, inspire and thrive. WEConnect International is a global non-profit that brings motivated, large corporate, multilateral and government buyers together with women-owned business suppliers around the world.  

The WiiN and WEConnect International partnership will result in even more support for women professionals in the incentives and loyalty industry worldwide, allowing WiiN members to make connections on a broader scale, break barriers and open new business opportunities via WEConnect International’s powerful, global network of buyers and women-owned businesses.

WiiN exists for women business owners, C-Suite executives and leaders from the incentives industry to connect, inspire and thrive worldwide. WiiN members work in customer loyalty, employee engagement and recognition, rewards, incentives and gift cards in addition to marketing and consultancy. WiiN supports rising women by providing industry webinars, inviting keynote guest speakers, holding mastermind classes and more, including with the WiiN mentorship programme, connecting women mentors and mentees since WiiN’s inception.

WEConnect International works with over 160 multinational buyers with over $1 trillion in annual purchasing power combined, that have committed to sourcing more products and services from women-owned businesses based in over 130 countries.  WEConnect International identifies, educates, registers and certifies women’s business enterprises that are at least 51% owned, managed and controlled by one or more women.
